12KM COMMUNITY RELAY I SUPPORTING RYSS

What This Event Is

The Bear Crawl Challenge is a 12km relay-style community event organized by Bulletproof Health And Performance.

Teams of four rotate through short bear crawl sections along the shared coastal pathway while supporting each other through the distance.

This event raises funds for Regional Youth Social Services (RYSS), helping young people aged 12-25 across the Central Coast.

It's not about competition.

It's about challenge, community and backing local youth.

Date: Sunday March 29 2026

Start Time: 8:00 AM (arrive 7:30)

Location: Chittaway to The Entrance Shared Pathway (around the lake)

Distance: 12km relay event

Teams: Groups of 4

Capacity: Limited to 60 paticipants

Families are welcome to attend and join the final 200m community crawl

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating and take part voluntarily at my own risk. I release the event organizers, Jay Merrilees and Bulletproof Health And Performance, volunteers and associate partners from liability for injury or loss sustained during the event. I understand that children (under 18) participating must be supervised.

Participants may crawl at their own pace and may stop at any time.
